ONE-CLICK TRAVEL ORDERS
We have made maximum automation for the reporters, too. Automated one-click entry of secondment orders with calculation of the kilometers travelled and calculation of the required payment of the driver. Due to real-time integration with the telematics system, information on kilometers travelled is available.
BUSINESS ADVANCES FOR DRIVERS
Drivers’ business advances are automated. Receiving cash before the secondment, as well as reporting the cash from the driver after the freight is completed.
FUEL AND COSTS
Tracking the fuel consumed with automatic brim full and integration with data from the vehicle’s board computer. Each refueling shall be monitored to ensure that the tank is full after it. The computer consumption is also supported.

INVOICES, PRICES, AVAILABILITY OF INVOICES
The expected invoices from sub-suppliers (carriers) for their courses are tracked. During the management of the transport rates, the dispatchers, once they have agreed on a price with the carrier to which they give the course, enter the value of the carriage in the system. The system then monitors whether an invoice has been received from the carrier and that this invoice is at the agreed price.
